Mike Senyko is an executive, strategy, and operations leader with 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, partnered closely with internal stakeholders, and delivered meaningful results for organizations and the communities they serve. His experience includes extensive crisis management, guiding organizations through complex, high-pressure situations requiring steady judgment and disciplined action.

His work spans strategic planning, operational leadership, executive coaching, and complex relationship management. He has coached and mentored attorneys, elected officials, senior executives, and other professionals from diverse backgrounds — helping them strengthen decision-making, navigate uncertainty, and lead with confidence.

He has developed and implemented strategic initiatives that drove capital investment, improved organizational culture, strengthened employee engagement, and positioned organizations for long-term growth. He has also led municipal leaders, county executives, and prominent statewide elected officials from both major political parties through legislative policy changes, high-profile litigation, and community-sensitive matters requiring thoughtful collaboration.

Personally, Mike is married to Kristen, with two children: Emma and Connor. Emma is a middle school teacher in Leslie, MI, and Connor is a senior at Michigan State University. They are all proud and dedicated Spartans – Go Green! He and his wife reside in Fenton, MI, where they enjoy hanging out with the two dogs, Juno and Tucker.
